How to Boost your Curb Appeal this Spring

How to Boost your Curb Appeal this Spring

Boosting your home's curb appeal doesn't need to break the bank. Sometimes a few simple tweaks can boost your home's curb appeal making it more inviting. Any exterior changes to your home, including a fresh coat of paint, new plants, and trees, or decorations, may need to be approved by the community association board. Be sure to check your community's governing documents or reach out to your HOA board to verify if you need any additional approvals before making any updates to your yard.
