RealManage is pleased to announce John Black as the newest member of the Houston team. John serves as the Financial Manager/Controller based out of the Houston branch location. John is a proven industry leader with 16 years of experience in accounting and operational leadership in the community association management industry.
John is a native Houstonian who came into the industry with a background in construction accounting, and he worked with numerous general contractors around the Greater Houston area. John obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Houston—Clear Lake, and he earned his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) through the Community Associations Institute.
Nicole Mancos, Vice President of RealManage Houston, states “John has a wealth of financial knowledge and he can assist his teammates and our clients to bring resolution to accounting questions or issues quickly. John also possesses a great attitude, with a high aptitude, and we are very excited to have John as a new addition to the RealManage family!”
