Naperville, IL – RealManage is proud to announce the appointment of Marcia Caruso to the ACTHA board (Association of Condominium, Townhouse, and Homeowner Associations). ACTHA is an organization that supports Illinois community association with education, networking, and leadership development.
Marcia joined the RealManage family in 2015 with the acquisition of her company, Caruso Management Group. Additionally, Marcia holds her real estate broker licenses in three states (Illinois, Florida, and Connecticut) and holds her LCAM certification through the State of Illinois. Marcia is heavily active in not only ACTHA but also Community Association Institute (CAI) where she mentors and trains other community managers in various responsibilities when it comes to association management. She also facilitated the Learn and Lead program for ACTHA, which teaches board members in community governance and the Illinois Condo Law.
